1. Complete Booking Coordination
In your desired week we handle all arrangements for accommodation, car rentals, bike rentals or transfers. You simply tell us your preferences and approve the options – we take care of contacting, confirming and following up with providers. All you need to do is pay directly to the hotels or rental companies.
2. Personal Route Management
All people in the group (up to 4) are part of your custom plan. Whether it is for your family or cycling friends. We make sure every ride or activity fits perfectly with your level and expectations – daily distances, climbs, scenic highlights, rest days and weather advice. Each day of the week, you receive clear GPX routes, touristic highlights and practical information to keep your journey smooth and enjoyable.
3. Daily Contact & Ongoing Adjustments
Every evening we “touch base” – if you want – a short call or WhatsApp to check in, hear how your day went and discuss tomorrow’s plan. Need a different ride? Weather change? Restaurant tip or family activity? We adapt your itinerary instantly and make sure your next day is even better.

Why do you need to know our planning?
We only support two groups per week. That’s how we guarantee the quality, attention, and flexibility that define this service. Each Gold group receives our full focus — we don’t run this at scale.
Can I change my plans during the week?
Absolutely. That’s what the daily contact is for – we can adjust routes, recommend new rides or adapt your travel days as needed.
Can families or non-cyclists join?
Yes. We can include suggestions for family activities, scenic drives or hikes while the cyclists ride.
When do we speak each day?
We usually check in during the early evening – after your ride, before dinner. But you can reach out anytime if something urgent comes up.
Where can I find discounts on the Gold package?
Nowhere. The Gold Itinerary Support is capped at two groups per week, so it’s never discounted. The value comes from our time, knowledge, and personal involvement — not from volume sales.
